Big Bear Restoration was formed by Jeff Thompson and Jim Demkowski in 1999. We focus on working with insurance claims and providing the highest quality service. Our office combination warehouse is located at 3928 Flint Hill Road in Powder Springs, Georgia 30127. Supplied with all new equipment, loaded on new trailers and trucks, Big Bear is ready to roll 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We do emergency board up service, water extraction / drying, and reconstruction. Storage facilities are available when needed. Xactimate is the chosen software used by Big Bear for generating estimates.

Jeff Thompson and Jim Demkowski each have more than fifteen years experience in the restoration field, which includes working directly in the insurance business as well as hands on construction and insurance claim consulting. Both have worked explicity with adjusters and homeowners to put together a complete company.
