I just wanted to take a minute to tell you and your associates what a wonderful company you have. I know that people are very quick these days to write when they have a bad experience. I could not drop off our payment without putting into words how grateful we are.

My husband, Tony and I were devastated to come home to a toilet turned fountain. It had ruined all of the floors upstairs that we had just got finished replacing. it also ruined our AC Ducts and most of the insulation down in our garage. Your company had two guys out there the next morning with fans and they had taken everything out with water damage. They stayed in touch with us during the whole process so that we knew what was going on. Our house was better than new in what seemed like no time. We could not be happier with the service, professionalism, and the understanding of every employee and sub contractor that was involved in the restoration of our home.

I also had to contact Tasha and Jeff several times personally about insurance questions or just general information. Each time was a pleasure and I walked away feeling confident that my concerns would be taken care of and with an understanding of what I needed to do. Tasha even explained things to me that my Mortgage or Insurance companies did not.

I hope that I never have a situation like this again, but I can assure that if I or anyone in my family is in need of restoration services, I would not call any other company. Thank you again for everything you did for my family.

April 9th we had a bad storm - Hail Damage. I noticed I had shingles missing. I called my insurance company and they turned me onto BigBear.

BigBear did a fantastic job w. my roof. The workers were respectful and did the job in about a day and a 1/2.  Jeff and Russell were easy to talk to and work with.

When I didn't understand certain things left by the crew, Russell and Phillip were right back at my house tending to it.

I am very satisfied with the work they did and I highly recommend this company

Thank you for all of the help you've given us!  Neither Duncan nor I were able to focus on the house like we needed to immediately after the fire, so having y'all to help us has really been a blessing.  All of you at Big Bear Restoration have really made our terrible situation much more  "bear"able. <--punny,but true.  Stephen is so sweet and easy to get along with we are considering asking your parents if we can adopt him.   Please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to help any of you.

While we were away from home on holiday, my neighbor called me and told me that we had a river of water flowing down our driveway. My family and I were out of town, and there was no way we could get home to take care of this ourselves. My Insurance Company told me to give BigBear Restoration a call, and that they would take care of me. I called BigBear Restoration, and within a half hour, they had a crew in my house extracting water and taking the appropriate measures to ensure that the house was secure. We didn’t even have to be there! When we got home, we contracted BigBear to do the restoration work in addition to the dry out and we couldn’t have made a better choice. BigBear Restoration was very professional, they always made sure we understood what was happening in our home and when they were finished, no one was able to tell that the flood even took place. I recommend this company to all of my friends, family and colleagues, and if I am ever in that position again, I will definitely call on BigBear Restoration!

I couldn't have been more pleased with Big Bear Restoration. We have had to call them on a few occasions and they have always been right there when we needed them. Their staff are some of the kindest and most patient people I have ever known and I trust them implicitly with projects. I had a new born during the first round of water damage we had. They made sure we were always comfortable and satisfied during a very stressful situation. Their workmanship is excellent and our home looks brand new. They  handled everything with our insurance and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to say thank you to Jim for being so quick with your emergency service. When we went down stairs and saw the water spot on our kitchen ceiling the size of a car, I had no idea what I was going to do. I had company coming in 2 weeks, and I knew that the only option was to have a giant hole cut in my ceiling to dry it out. It ended up that my house needed a whole lot more work than we originally thought, and it couldn’t be put on hold. BigBear had a whole new roof, a new ceiling, and new flooring installed for me with plenty of time to spare to get organized for my holiday company. Thank you again for being so quick and CLEAN with the entire process. My home looks amazing!

We had a toilet overflow in the mother-in-law suite of our home, which is on the top level of a 2-story house, with a full finished basement. Water flooded both levels, and was standing in the basement. Big Bear Restoration came to extract the water and had to pull out several different types of flooring to get us all dried out. We would like to thank you for your attention to detail so as to ensure that we didn’t get sick from mold growth. I know it took a lot of time and effort, but you guys worked hard until it was finished. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the services your company provided.

When it came time to repair the damages caused by the overflow, you guys made sure we were completely satisfied before you left. I’ve had one other insurance claim before, and I had so much trouble getting things taken care of with the other contractor. Your company was not like that. I was so worried that I would be in the same situation once again, but your company knew what you were doing and were so professional. Thank you. It’s nice to know that there is still honesty in the construction business!
